Training Overview
New Form I-9 and verification procedure is in effect. Learn what’s changed and how to comply.
USCIS recently published a new edition of Form I-9 that you must use to verify identity and employment authorization for all new U.S. employees. Nine significant changes to the form reflect updated procedures, including permanently authorizing remote document examination.
You need to know the regulations to ensure compliance. The deadline has already passed to begin using Form I-9 with a version date of ‘(Rev. 08/01/23)’ to comply with the USCIS employment eligibility verification responsibilities, so you can’t afford to lose time to get up-to-date with the revised document and requirements.
