What is a live webinar?
A live broadcast that happens in real-time and has a specific start time. A webinar incorporates audio, delivered through your computer; supporting materials, and has a live Q&A with the presenter at the end.
What is an on-demand webinar?
An on-demand program is a recording of a webinar or webcast event that is accessible at your convenience; this format may be paused or stopped, and if you choose, take in segments over time.
All live webinar purchases include access to the on-demand webinar as well.
How do I access my webinar?
All of our courses are interactive webinars you take online through the On24 webinar platform. You can view our webinars through your computer or a smartphone using a web browser without downloading any applications. You will receive your access link via email after the purchase and as a reminder email the day of the webinar. Please note these are not phone webinars with a dial-in number since there are interactive web elements.

What if multiple people from my organization want to attend?
Each user will need to have their own registration in order to view the course live from separate locations. Please be sure to check the “Attendee is NOT same as Billing” Box during checkout to add the first registrant’s information and add the full names and email addresses of each additional attendee in the comments box so that we can process their registrations.

My organization uses alternate payment methods.
As of January 1st, 2020 we no longer accept Purchase Orders or Invoices. To purchase a course you must do so online with a Credit or Debit card or a digital payment service such as Amazon Payments or Paypal.
I’m receiving an error message when checking out!

There are 2 courses in my cart/I purchased 2 courses by mistake?
Please be sure to double-check your cart before completing the purchase. If the wrong price or quantity is displayed please use the edit cart button to go back to the cart and make adjustments. If you have completed a purchase and something isn’t correct please either respond to the invoice email or contact us directly to have your transaction corrected.
I bought a webinar now what?
Thank you for your purchase! After completing your registration you should have received two emails 1 from firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com depending on which website you purchased the course through with your receipt and 1 from firstname.lastname@example.org with your access instructions. If you did not receive these emails please contact us directly using the support widget at the bottom right of any page on our website or email email@example.com for more assistance.

If your bandwidth is less than “high” please try closing any programs that may be running in the background and refresh the page. If you are still experiencing connection issues please contact your internet service provider.
The video has disappeared before I could get my certificate/take the survey!
Webinars are temporarily unavailable after concludes during the archiving process. In about two hours you will be able to access the webinar again.
My certificate has the wrong information?
Please email the certificate and your order number to us with the information you need to be updated, firstname.lastname@example.org.
I missed something important!
All live webinars will be archived and available to registrants 2 hours after the live presentation as an On-Demand video with all course materials. On-Demand courses are available for up to 6 months for registrants to view at any time as many times as they would like using the same access link. Please note if this is a certification program registrants will have 2 months from the date they complete the course to access the certification exam.
