
Richele Taylor, of counsel, Fisher & Phillips LLP has extensive experience in a broad range of labor and employment issues. Richele has successfully represented employers in state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies on a variety of issues, such as Title VII, the FMLA, ADEA, breach of contract and wrongful termination claims. She also provides preventive advice to employers on employee terminations, leave taken under the Family Medical Leave Act, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs compliance questions, and other employment issues in order to reduce the risk of employment-related claims and litigation. Richele conducts seminars on legal topics, as well as training in workplace harassment and discrimination, diversity, and other issues involving employee relations in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. She also prepares affirmative action plans for federal contractors and subcontractors and assists clients with self-audits. She has authored numerous articles in the area of employment law and regularly speaks at local, regional and national employment law seminars on varied topics. Richele earned her J.D. degree from the University of South Carolina.
