With 18 years’ experience as a nonprofit Executive Director, she’s learned from tons of mistakes and learned first-hand how to plot a course through the pain points of operating nonprofits. As an author, educator, speaker, consultant and the President of Create Possibility, she provides strategy consulting, speaking services, and retreat facilitation on topics related to board development, fundraising and strategic planning. Cindi is a fundraising instructor in the University of San Diego’s Nonprofit Management Certificate program. She also serves on the Advisory Board of NonprofitPRO.
